Shipping Charges and Policy

Please Note: Our shipping charge is applicable for regular shipping, which usuallly takes 5 to 7 working business days (except saturday & sunday) and may varies depand on courier services. We don't claim any time gurantee or damage protection occurs during handling and shipping from courier services( we will take enough precaution from ourside for packaging of consignment). We are not liable for any delay or damage occured by shipping companies. For Express Shipping or Consignment above 500gm additional shipping charges will be applied and It has to be paid by customer. Our sales team will inform you about the additional charges.

14 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Rxcues - you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Defective Items:

If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on or call us on +91 (079)-23273229 within 14 days of receipt of the product. When we receive the item back, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue either a full refund, Rxcues Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product from Advertiser or Seller.


If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment by cheque on the same name mentioned during card transaction. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

We will not refund you the shipping charges.

Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remain intact.

To coordinate a return

Send a picture of the item to with the subject line “RETURN” or call us at +91 (079)-23273229 within 14 days of receiving the product. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount either as cheque or as store credits depanding on case eligibility. You can redeem your store credit towards future purchases from us. In case the return is found ineligible for refund, we will courier the product back to you.

We will strive to close the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product

Sports & Fitness: Return policy is applicable only in case of issues with size of the apparel or footwear.

Diabetes: Products in this category are NOT eligible for return

Beauty: Returns will be considered for change of color requests

Home Devices: Products in this category are NOT eligible for return

Eye: If contact lenses are returned, they have to be returned in sealed boxes; opened or used lenses will not be accepted as returns. Lens solutions, lens cases are NOT eligible for returns

Personal Care: Adult Diapers, Women hygiene products (sanitary napkins, tampons, panty liners), Condoms, Ovulation Kits, Toothbrushes, Toothpastes etc. are NOT eligible for returns

Parenting: Ovulation Kits and Diapers are NOT eligible for returns

Services: Products in this category are NOT eligible for returns

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

Damages due to misuse of product

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

Any consumable item which has been used or installed

Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

Some special rules for promotional offers may override "'s 14 Day Returns Policy"
